Imagine if there was a guy in your church who was having sexual relations with his stepmother. On top of it all, the whole church knew what was going on, but did nothing about it. Scandalous, I’m sure you’d agree. That’s exactly what was going on in the church at Corinth. But before you start thinking we’re above that, pastor Ed Taylor will point out the same sort of tolerance of sin is going on today in many churches. Today on Abounding Grace we’ll open First Corinthians five and be encouraged to take a stand for purity.
