Born and raised in Porto - a city renowned for its historic old town adorned with intricate azulejos, its famous port wine cellars along the Douro River, FC Porto, and its status as Portugal’s second-largest cit - Tomás has called several cities home over the years. Today, he resides in Munich, but Hamburg also played a defining role in his journey.
I want to learn from Tomás about the three most influential people in his career and what originally inspired him to pursue a career in hospitality.
