15-year-old Tonetta Carlisle vanished in broad daylight on a spring afternoon in 1989, just minutes after leaving school in Chattanooga, TN. She was just minutes from her home. Witnesses saw her forced into a car, and despite eyewitness accounts, a solid lead, and decades of searching, Tonetta has never been found. 

Tonetta's case remains unsolved. And her story deserves to be told.
