Host, Tony Kelly welcomes guest host, Emily O'Callaghan on the 4th anniversary of Me Head is Wrecked. On the very first episode of the podcast on November 24th 2019, Tony shared his story of his journey with his mental health and his battle with addiction. However, as he explains in this episode, all was not as it seems. And on November 24th 2020, exactly one year to the day from that first episode, Tony was checking into rehab after having a devastating relapse on drugs and alcohol. Tony shares the story of what happened and how, now, more than 3 years on, it's turned his life around completely and given him the strength to reach success with his debut The Hurler: A Campion's Tale which was released in Irish cinemas in October.
