This week’s show talks about the top 10 regrets in life by those about to die and by those that are still alive and working towards a NO RAGRETS life (not even one letter).

According to a fantastic book by nurse Bronnie Ware, interestingly enough, most people about to die have 5 similar regrets.

The last 5 regrets I have added based on my own experience and from the shared experiences of my clients.

Over the past 10 years, my career coaching and relationship therapy clients have typically ranged from 25 to 40 years old with most being professional women.

In almost every case, the life regrets of my clients are very similar.

In combining the regrets of the dying with the regrets of the young, successful professionals I’ve coached, this show presents a solid framework for dialing into your own mindset and setting your life up so you won’t have any regrets now or when it’s time for you to say goodbye.
