Traffic stops are the meat and potatoes of most proactive patrol officers.  Let's accept that we can all get better and we don't have it down to an exact science.  I hope that some seasoned professionals or motivated rookies drop me some tips that I can add to a more advanced version of this podcast.  

Let's get better at traffic stops so that we are not constantly stopping and searching the innocent, so that we are spotting the guilty, and consistently catching the criminals that are victimizing our neighborhoods.
