Danielle is the co-founder and CEO of The Helm where she is obsessed with building a new generation of real estate coaching - one woman at a time. Prior to launching this business, Danielle was an executive officer for Compass, Inc., a national real estate company, where she launched Coaching at Compass and oversaw an organization of more than 5,000 staff and agents. Outside of work she's a mom to two teenage boys and loves being in the outdoors of Colorado.
