On today's show I welcome my very first guest on the show Audrye Arbe. Audrye does an exercise on breathing attunements. Dove deep into the topic on how we can center ourselves and what Genetic Karmic Patterning is. It was wonderful experience having Audrye on the show.

Audrye's Bio :
 so say that I am astounded that I am in my 8th decade (will post a more recent picture when I figure out how), is an understatement.  I am a born Mystic Intuitive, and always knew stuff I was unable to explain how.  I have huge concern about our planet and choose to inspire you to live an ecological and healthy life, one also filled with joy and prosperity.  I was one of the most insecure people around, had to go through many changes to become who I am now.  Still evolving.  The Multiverse, of which you are part, is loving, supportive, live and creative.
