Description

The emergence of global viral infections reminds us of the significant public health issues brought about by these pathogens. In the last 30 years, new viral threats have arisen across the world, as exemplified by the recent COVID-19 pandemic. These viruses have had extensive impacts on human populations, and in many cases, have caused severe symptoms and even death. Therefore, understanding the immune response to these viruses is critical.

We have analyzed the transcriptomes of cell lines infected by these viruses, to highlight differences in the short-term (less than 36 hours) impact on host gene responses. In this web seminar, you will learn how to:
