Charlene talks with Janice Nissen, a former nurse and healthcare strategist who’s worked for companies like Merck and Abbott Laboratories. Janice serves on the steering committee for the Certified Nurse Medical Affairs Professional program run by the Accreditation Council for Medical Affairs.
