She is the business owner of Pierce Consulting Works, LLC, which provides interim CEO services for non-profits in the midst of change and the producer and host of "Philanthropy Matters" on WERA 96.7 in Virginia.

Wanda is a graduate of Harvard University and Columbia Business School.
