Travis Pattern & Foundry's $40K Christmas Bureau Donation
Update: 2025-12-14
Description
Travis Pattern and Foundry, a local company, has become one of the largest annual donors to The Christmas Bureau, contributing forty thousand dollars each year instead of hosting a Christmas party. The companys Vice President, Dan Garske, recently volunteered at the Bureau and shared that the idea to redirect party funds came from a desire to help those less fortunate. The Christmas Bureau, a joint effort by Catholic Charities, Volunteers of America, and The Spokesman-Review, is still working towards its six hundred thousand dollar goal to fund grocery vouchers, toys, and books for children in need.
