In this Trial Tutorial, Morgan Chu of Irell & Manella LLP will deliver his own opening statement and demonstrate how to craft and convey openings that grabs the jury's attention through persuasive storytelling, strategic themes, and purposeful structure. Following the demonstration, Mr. Chu will provide his analysis and commentary on the strategic choices made during the opening statement.
