Tragic Loss: Washington State Patrol Trooper Killed in Line of Duty, Suspect Vehicle SoughtA Washington State Patrol trooper, Tara-Marysa Gutling, was fatally struck by a vehicle while investigating a crash on December 19th. The suspect vehicle, a dark-colored pickup truck, is still at large. Gutling, a recent graduate of the Washington State Patrols basic training class, was born in Honolulu and served in the Army National Guard before joining the patrol.
