In breaking news, a unanimous Third Circuit Court of Appeals has fired Alina Habba as the NJ US Attorney, finding that she was illegally and unconstitutionally appointed. Popok explains how last week's order upholding Habba's $1million federal court sanction for an earlier Trump case by another appeals court didn't help matters, as the Supreme Court's support for Trump will now be tested in a likely emergency appeal.
