Description

Kevin starts the episode by discussing "The Matthew Principle" and how this relates to all of our lives on a day to day basis. We need to trust our instruments to continue to improve on a daily basis and over time these will compound to levels we are hoped for.

Kevin then talks about communication and how we all get into a rut by having informational or transactional convos. To improve your relationships work to share your thoughts, feelings, and emotions regarding your experiences.

Kevin wraps up the show by talking about intrinsic and extrinsic motivation and how this relates to depression. We are always going to have both types but extrinsic motivation has been shown to lead to depression and anxiety.
