Northwestern Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania. Southeastern Lehigh County in eastern Pennsylvania. Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania. Until 845 PM EDT. At 426 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. Some locations that could experience flooding include. New Brunswick, Perth Amboy, Somerville, Somerset, Edison, East Brunswick, Bridgewater, South Brunswick, Sayreville, North Brunswick, Carteret, Lansdale, Middlesex, Bound Brook, Manville, Quakertown, Perkasie, Doylestown, Byram and Souderton. Additional rainfall of up to one inch is expected over the area. This additional rain will fall on ground that ground that is already saturated and will quickly turn into runoff, resulting in minor flooding. Precautionary/preparedness actions. A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

In New Jersey, Atlantic, Atlantic Coastal Cape May, Camden, Cape May, Coastal Atlantic, Coastal Ocean, Cumberland, Eastern Monmouth, Gloucester, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Morris, Northwestern Burlington, Ocean, Salem, Somerset, Southeastern Burlington, Sussex, Warren, and Western Monmouth. In Pennsylvania, Berks, Carbon, Delaware, Eastern Chester, Eastern Montgomery, Lehigh, Lower Bucks, Monroe, Northampton, Philadelphia, Upper Bucks, Western Chester, and Western Montgomery. Through late tonight. Showers and thunderstorms are expected to move through the area through this evening and into the overnight. The stronger storms will be capable of producing torrential downpours, and the storms may have a tendency to move over the same areas.
