Expect two rounds of rain on Tuesday as disturbances ripple through the area: the first will impact the morning commute with periods of heavy rain in some spots with the risk for a storm or two to become severe. A lull follows early Tuesday afternoon before another round of more scattered thunderstorms fires up, again with a damaging wind risk.
