It’s almost that time of year for turkey dinners. Turkey dinners mean turkey leftovers. The Ladies Home Journal cookbook shares one way to plan for using those leftovers. Turkey Hash 2 cups leftover turkey chopped medium fine 2 cups chopped boiled potato 1 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 2 tablespoons butter 1/2 cup cream Combine the turkey and potato. Mix and season with salt and pepper. Brown the mixture well in a skillet with butter. Add the cream, reseason to taste, and cook until cream is absorbed. Good topped with poached eggs.
