Description

Sophie has been a Professional singer since leaving school 35 years ago. She's a vocal coach, wellbeing music specialist, creative songwriting mentor, speaker, choir leader, published author (3 books) and director of Take a Deep Breath CIC (community interest company). She was the very first artist to play the main stage at London's O2 Arena, released 4 albums, began her career in The National Youth Theatre working with Matt Lucas. Sophie left school knowing she'd be a singer and she was rubbish at everything except performing, drama and singing. Having had the worst attendance in the entire school and had a 2 foot high bright red Mohican. Fast forward to 2019 and I completed my MA degree in mental health and wellbeing benefits of singing working with brain injury.
