Surapati Mullick was a famous man. Why? Well, he was the famous magician of Calcutta. His magic shows were always houseful.
On his way to Lucknow, his first show outside of Bengal, he encounters something that he was not expecting. Surapati was lost in thought of an important person who actually made him the magician he was today. And what does he notice? That person sitting right in front of him!
Was it for real? Was it magic? Or was his mind playing tricks? Whatever it was, he had an important lesson to learn - the one of gratitude. Listen to this beautiful story that I loved recording.
