On this episode, Emily Joan Elliott and Al Hargrave Jackson, who both report on East Lansing Public Schools recap the last two years of diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts as well as Covid-19 mitigation efforts in the district. The two issues have often overlapped, as the duo discuss, and Al points to what is expected next on both topics. Al also provides information on a new contract for teachers and a visit to East Lansing by Mark Wood, an original member of the Trans-Siberian Orchestra.
