Yo Lovers! Good news!! The podcast is back, and I have so much to tell you after my 4ish month content hiatus! Around January, I knew I had entered a wormhole and the version of me that made the first 33 episodes no longer existed. Because of that I was originally going to delete this entire podcast and start totally fresh. BUT, I thought hard about what I stand for. I stand for mutative growth and nonlinear evolution, and I want to model that it is SAFE to mutate and SAFE for your message and whole energy and being-ness to change in a short amount of time. If you no longer resonate with who I am now, thanks for being on the path with me, I bless and release you with appreciation! For those of you who are left, hold on to your butts. Heads up - The title and look of this podcast is going to change, but it's still me :):) Cannot wait to share what I've learned in my absence, and molt together.
