The U.S. Treasury says Chinese state-sponsored hackers stole documents in what it has described as a 'major incident', which China denies. President-elect Donald Trump has sided with Elon Musk in a public dispute over the use of the H-1B visa. Syria’s new foreign minister has told Ukraine that it hopes for strategic partnerships with Kyiv, as Russia's influence wanes and the U.S. watches developments closely.
