US shuts down website used to report abuses committed with American arms

The US State Department has shut down a website that made it possible for the public to report potential human rights abuses committed by foreign entities using American-made weapons. The site, which came online about three years ago, was seen by rights groups as a step in the right direction to ensure American weapons are not used in violation of the law. The World’s Shirin Jaafari tells Host Marco Werman what we know about the change.
