UVA Midseason Grades + Washington State Preview & Shortstop Eric Becker Joins

A fall double feature on the Hoos On Podcast, as Preston catches up with Greg Madia from The Daily Progress to hand out midseason grades and preview Washington State and then welcomes on UVA shortstop Eric Becker to chop it up about fall baseball.
First, Preston and Greg talk through all of the injury updates for UVA coming off the bye week and the position the offensive line is in now. After six games, Preston and Greg then hand out midseason grades for the offense, defense, special teams, Tony Elliott and the front office. Finally, they look ahead to Washington State with a break down of matchups to look for and if Virginia could get tripped up by the Cougars.
Later Preston is joined by All-ACC shortstop Eric Becker to discuss the first fall ball under new head coach Chris Pollard. Becker talks about the progress the team has made this fall, who's standing out and why there are a lot of similarities between Pollard and Brian O'Connor. Then Becker dives into his reaction to O'Connor leaving, his time in the transfer portal and why he ultimately stayed at UVA.
