Episode 62: Astral Projection Part I

In this episode, Lisa and I discuss and try to understand Astral projecting.  This subject is difficult to understand, though it has been practiced for thousands of years it's not easy to prove.
There are several methods to have an out-of-body experience, Astral projecting, NDE's, and Lucid dreaming.
