John-Otis Blanding considers himself to be a diversity, equity, and inclusion practitioner in both a professional and personal capacity. He currently serves as the Program Coordinator for Diversity Initiatives and Human Resources for Emory University Department of Medicine where he specializes in co-curricular, collaborative programming which aims to maximize organizational success by employing inclusive human development models
