Description
Within just months to go for elections 2024, the PM Modi himself has set the ball ringing on UCC. This episode is aimed at discussing the history of codification of laws since British era and debates in constituent assembly.
We even need to know how judiciary has played an important role loke Shah Bano case, Shayara Bano case etc.
Given the recent reoccurrence of this debate we need to know what are the pros and cons regarding UCC and what are the problems regarding implementation of UCC.
