This collaborative project, featuring a virtual studio, special effects lab, and creators lounge, aims to empower young talent with creative arts training and real-world experience. Usher, a Boys and Girls Club alum, and Big Sean, a Detroit native, are committed to closing the access gap for youth and preparing them for future success. The incubator, set to open in February 2026, will offer premier programs in music, film, AI, and special effects.
