User endpoints are growing fast, and one of the ways to make them manageable is to use secure by design principles in the Internet of Things ecosystem the government can push the market that way. Greg Touhill is a former Federal Chief Information Security Officer, now the director of the cert Division at the Software Engineering Institute. He spoke with Federal News Network's Jared Serbu.
