Working with constant change is a challenge for many of us. including flexibility into your daily routine gets you familiar with the idea that you are adaptable to change. Also that stress is resistant to outside force, and the option of ease is available.
Walking a mile in some one else's shoes. The metta miles, sending energy/prayers to some one, creating space for compassion and empathy to be present. Try to understand how they are,and how you can help.
