In the Week 2 preview episode of the Utah Preps Zone, host Jake Hatch previewed the Week 2 action on tap across the State of Utah. He began with Thursday Night's clash between Lone Peak and Skyridge (1:40 ) that will be televised on KJZZ.

Hatch also delved into the 6A title game rematch between Bingham and East with the news that Miners running back Braedon Wissler is out for the season due to injury. Hatch previewed other games like American Fork-Timpview and South Summit-Morgan, among others (4:10 ).

Hatch then talked about the ugly scene in the Jordan-East game last week wherein a fan got into an altercation with a Beet Diggers player after heckling the player and a disabled Jordan coach (12:09 ).

Finally, Hatch talked about the heartwarming story of Cyprus High School lineman Jaxon Garcia, who nearly quit playing football in junior high. Hatch talked about the transformation he underwent and how it may pay off in the form of a college scholarship for the junior (17:13 ).
