Hoy os entregamos el primer trabajo a su nombre de uno de los más grandes y desconocidos bajistas del jazz de los últimos 40 años, un extraordinario músico que se llamó Charles Fambrough. El disco se llamó The Proper Angle y en el participan algunos de los músicos de jazz más brillantes de los años 90 entre los cuales encontramos a los hermanos Wynton y Brandford Marsalis, el pianista Kenny Kirland o el trompetista Roy Hargrove por solo citar a los más conocidos. Debemos decir que cada principio de año nos acordamos de Charles Fambrough ya que el músico nos dejó el primer día del año 2010 tras una larga y penosa enfermedad. Sirva este programa como cálido homenaje a este enorme bajista, compositor y arreglista.
