I started training in 1996, and I started training others in 2015, and in that time I've used and taught vegetarian, vegan, raw vegan, plant-based and other diets. One diet was vastly superior for both weight loss and muscle building over that time. In this video I share the pros and cons of each diet and breakdown which on was the best and why.
