Venice Library Closes for Renovations

Description
The Venice-Abbot Kinney Memorial Branch Library will close for renovations from December 29, 2025, to mid-April 2026. During this time, patrons are encouraged to use nearby libraries in Mar Vista and Playa Vista. The library, which opened in 1995, celebrated its 30th anniversary earlier this year with a lively event. Recently, homeless encampments in the parking lot were cleared, restoring full community access.
