Lonnie Paye Jr. was not thrilled when he became a dad at 51 years old, but he had a change of heart and wanted to help raise his son. When he was granted joint custody and parenting time, he excitedly prepared his Randallstown, Maryland home for the arrival of the infant. That first visit, however would never take place.
