In the first part of Plan It, Shoot It, Edit Gavin Hoey takes you behind the scenes as he puts together a photo shoot with a vintage explorer theme. This video covers location scouting, outfit creation and finally a test shoot.

Things don't always go smoothly and you'll see Gavin adjust his plans to cope with location issues. The weather forecast also plays it's part in disrupting the shoot, so Gavin has to come up with a back-up plan and reschedule to avoid a freezing winter blast.
