The Constitution States "Congress shall have the power...to declare war, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water." Presidents are not supposed to start wars, especially wars that are offensive rather than defensive in nature.
All government officials take an oath the uphold the Constitution, violation of that is treason and damages public trust. So do we stand behind Obama? or do we hold him to his obligation which is that Constitution
