A senior Climate Finance Organizer at Stand Earth. Maya works at the intersections of financial regulation, fossil divestment, Indigenous land rights solidarity, and organized labor's reclamation of justly invested pensions for climate resiliency.

DR. MILI ROY
A practicing physician and mother living and working in the Territory of the Mississauga's of the Credit First Nation. She is an Assistant Professor with the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto and serves as Ontario Regional Co-Chair for the Canadian Association of Physicians for the Environment, which works to improve human health by protecting planetary health.

A Toronto-based climate justice activist and current program manager at Environmental Defence Canada. She advocates for a just transition for workers and communities and the cleanup of the tar sand's toxic tailings ponds.
