The second scenario to continue this What If series: "What if the NBA had a league-wide redraft?" This second part of a three-part scenario will be Eric and Jett ranking the worst team in the Eastern Conference and then the top 8 teams in the conference! Jett will also make his Eastern Conference playoff predictions and who he has going to the NBA Finals!
