In Episode 6, we talk about the open innovation mindset in ecosystems and organizations. Our guest for today is Salima Douven. Salima is Head Open Innovation and Incubation at Henkel and has more than 10 years of industry experience in digitization and open innovation. Further, she holds a PhD from the University of Siegen in Germany.
Salima challenges the status quo and clears the way for change. She works across Henkel’s three key business areas, with startups and with corporate innovation units to build digital and data-driven business models that will optimize, transform and disrupt.
