James Hancock is a former BBC Production Apprentice who has had a wild ride of an start in the industry.
We discuss what big events he's worked on, how he dealt with COVID and the knock on effects in the industry. We briefly look at the BBC Production Scheme, what he wish he knew earlier and what exactly it means to be a production runner/assistant. A lot of it is building relationships and talent management.
