Warner Music Group and AI startup Udio have settled their copyright dispute, forming a new service for remixing songs. This marks the second major record label to collaborate with Udio, known for its AI-generated music tool. The partnership, similar to Universals deal, will launch in 2026, offering new income opportunities for artists while protecting their work. Sony Music Entertainment remains the only major label without an AI licensing deal with Udio or Suno.
