Volunteers read the local news and events to the residents of Claremont, NH and the surrounding areas who do not have Internet access or know how to use a computer. The residents of this area in NH and VT do not have a local daily newspaper any longer after the Eagle Times closed its doors July 10, 2009. YourClaremontPress.com was launched July 15, 2009 and now the daily news is back in the area! But, for the people who do not have a computer or Internet access, we will read the news to them daily. Simply call 718-766-4123 at 4:55 pm. Wait until the show begins at 5 pm and you will be able to listen to the news being read by Volunteer Guest Readers. Anyone can volunteer.
