  • Water is the number one enemy of the house.
  •  It's not about keeping water out, but letting water out.
  • Healthy homes are built to avoid problems.
  • We need mechanical ventilation 24/7.
  • Just because something is code compliant doesn't mean it's going to perform well.
  • We should be saying, look, there is a minimum standard.
  • We can absolutely do that, we just decide not to.
