On Kara Swisher's show, Recode Decode, she recently hosted Gabe Weinberg from DuckDuckGo. Their conversation revolved around some core concepts in online privacy.

During that conversation, a few terms popped up that I think are often misunderstood or misinterpreted. Specifically; opt-in vs. opt-out, "do not track" options in your web browser, and private browsing/incognito mode.
