Ever wonder what web-based technology means? I have the answer. I also did some research in to diets and found many of them really won't work for a trucker. Most of them require you to measure, weigh, or count calories/carbs/fats and it's just not going to work for all you road warriors that well. I did find a diet that is pretty adaptable to life on the road. Hit play and be entertained for a bit. I'll talk to y'all next week - Misty Noel.
