Dr. Jake Haus of BSU’s Wildlife Biology program. He discusses the program and a couple of big projects he and his students have been involved with: The Bemidji City Limits Deer Population Control effort and a study of Snowshoe Hare on the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe lands. Snowshoe Hare are an important animal in their heritage and the numbers are down.
