David Algeo Dave Algeo is a Weight-loss and Eating Behaviour Change Coach. His mission is to empower burned-out midlifers to regain control of their weight, health and life - reagaining a zest for adventure in midlife and beyond.

Martin Whitaker is an experienced MSc level strength and conditioning coach who has worked with clients from a range of background including Team GB athletes. He is currently working on his PhD and specialises in supporting those seeking to find the exercise and nutrition mix that is right for them,
